The scheme is part of the Azerbaijan Early Oil Transportation Project.

Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation and Electrical Works of 3 Pump, 2 Pressure Reducing and 10 Radio Stations along Georgian portion of the Baku - Supsa Pipeline which transports Azerbaijanís Caspian crude oil to the Black Sea port of Georgia, Supsa.

The stations (Pump, Reduction, Radio) were spread all along the 368 km pipeline crossing Georgia which added to the challange of the project, as each station had to be handled as a separate project site.

Major items within Tekfenís scope were:

Civil Works (site leveling, grading, construction of cable canals, underground piping, construction of equipment foundations, fencing and landscaping),
Mechanical Works (fabrication and erection of all piping, equipment erection, structural steel and framing, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance),
Electrical & Instrumentation Works (cabling, terminations, instrument installation, automatic control, pre-commissioning assistance).
