The scope of the project covers;

Construction of (Fusion Bonded Epoxy, FBE coated) buried 18’’ x 101 km and 24’’ x 128 km pipelines between Haradh and Abqaiq Plants;
48’’ x 142 km pipeline from Haradh Gas Plant to Uthmaniyah Scraper Facilities; 48’’ x 57 km pipeline from Uthmaniyah to Berri Gas Plant; 56’’ x 151 km pipeline from Shedgum to E/W Pipeline Pumping Stations 1 & 3, 56’’ x 46 km pipeline from Uthmaniyah to Berri Junction. Above ground (painted)
42’’ x 4,3 km pipeline from Jubail interface to Royal Commission.

This challenging project was a high performance work proving TEKFEN’s skills and capability once again in the conditions of the Gulf Area; over 600 km of pipeline (26 Million inch-m) welding and laying work was successfully delivered within 16 months’ period.

Saudi Aramco is one of the most demanding companies of the world working with very high Safety Standards; TEKFEN was able to cope with the given time schedule while complying with S. Aramco’s high engineering, construction and safety standards.
