Within Project308, 1.2 Capacity Expansion System via Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) project has been performed in order to improve the flow capacity of the pipeline up to 1.2 million barrels at all of the pump stations and block valve terminals over the BTC Crude Oil Pipeline. Final acceptance of the project was issued on 15 September 2010.

Within Project313 - Enhancement project, in addition to construction of IDS, camera systems, access control systems, sliding gates, road blockers and security buildings on behalf of improved security, also some auxiliary buildings, patrol roads and lighting, fire&gas systems, pig cleaning stations, oily seperator systems, earthing systems, illimunated buoys etc. have been constructed over the BTC Crude Oil Pipeline as well as power backup& compensation and pump&valve changeout works. Finall acceptance of all enhancement works was issued on 10 December 2010.

Within Project318, Security Upgrade & Reinstatement project has been completed at BVT30 valve terminal. Provisional acceptance of all enhancement works was issued on 15 December 2010.

Within Project315 Repair and Enhancement project, miscellaneous repair works have been performed under the umbrealla contract with Call off orders over the BTC Pipeline, Turkish Section. There has been a total of 37 call of orders as of April 2011, which included engineering services by Tekfen Muhendislik, and various Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation, security systems works. The Project315 has been completed by the end of 2013 during which 105 Call offs issued. Project315 includes main oil pipeline rerouting and bypass, main oil line dent repairs, Fortifications and Security Systems at Block Valve stations, valve changeouts, piping works and shutdown activities at Pump Stations and Intermediate Pigging Stations geohazard improvement works at rivercrossings and landslide areas over the pipeline, Pump stations and Block Valve subsidence works. The Provisional and Final acceptances certificates are being obtained for each Call off scope as they are completed.

Project340 the new Repair and Enchancement Contract was signed with BTC Co. on September 11th, 2013 and related Call offs had been issued by the beginning of year 2014. Similiar to Project315, Project340 scope also includes main oil pipeline rerouting and bypass, main oil line dent repairs, Fortifications and Security Systems at Block Valve stations, valve changeouts, piping works and shutdown activities at Pump Stations and Intermediate Pigging Stations geohazard improvement works at rivercrossings and landslide areas over the pipeline, Pump stations and Block Valve subsidence works. The contract for Project340 will be expired by September 12th, 2016.
